Monticello
Monticello was the home of the 3rd President of the United States, Thomas Jefferson. Construction started in 1769 and was complete by 1809. Jefferson lived in the house until his death in 1826. It is an architectural masterpiece and incorporates many conveniences that were not commonplace for the times.
