The former Atlantic Coast Line dining car "Moultrie". This 36 seat dining car was manufactured by Pullman and delivered to the Atlantic Coast Line in 1950. It served on the New York to Miami run until 1971 when it was acquired by Amtrak. It continued in the same service until 1981, when it was purchased by a dinner excursion train in Virginia. Purchased by the Wautaga Railroad Chapter of the NRHS in 1989, it was upgraded and is available for railroad excursion rentals. Step inside and you are immediately immersed in a feeling of elegant rail travel of days gone by.
