Summer Trail Symmetry
Summer reveals the symmetric pattern of the cornfield along the the curve of this former train trestle on the Virginia Creeper Trail. This trestle, originally built in 1890, was destroyed by a tornado in the spring of 2011. It was reconstructed based on the orginal design and reopened just several months later.
